STA Rules:

If the rules are broken, we get kicked out of STA forever.

• Cheating death is required.
• No mods, of any kind.
• No moving hostages to places that can't be reached.
• No killing hostages.
• No smoke grenades.
• No using tsay, vsay, or csay commands at any time.
• There are 34 rounds all together.  17 rounds at CT, and 17 as T.
• There will be four matches, 2 home, 2 away.  One match a week.
